PUTRAJAYA, – Federal Territories Minister Dr Zaliha Mustafa has assured strict action against any governance misconduct, amid allegations involving a Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) advisory board member in a RM4 million project award.
An internal investigation is underway, and a full report is expected next week.
“If there is no wrongdoing, then there is no issue. But if there is involvement, necessary action will be taken,” she said.
The allegations, which surfaced on social media, claim that the creative content project was not awarded through an open tender.
DBKL’s integrity unit is collaborating on the investigation, while the accused board member denies any misconduct.
